This week, since it's the holidays and Space Coast Half, I decided to take it easy this week.
Monday 11/24 - Rest
Tuesday 11/25 - I walked Mousse.
Wednesday 11/26 - 3 mile walk on the treadmill
Thursday 11/27 - Turkey Trot 5k
Friday 11/28 - Saturday 11/29 - Rest days since the Space Coast was Sunday
Sunday 11/30 - Space Coast Half!!!
