Megan's May Move a Mile a Day Challenge

I get great (in my opinion) ideas while running. In April I wanted to run 50 miles. I ended up with 50.3. Woohoo!! So today while I was on the treadmill I was thinking what would my goal be for May. I've decided that I want to move (walk, run, bike, swim, skip whatever) for one mile per day during the month of May!


If you want to join me you are more than welcome. Maybe if enough people do this with me we should get a hashtag going :)
