Monday 11/17 - REST! I know that I'm #streakingwiththeCOOLKIDS but I needed a day off.
Tuesday 11/18 - CRAP I kinda got wrapped up in my quilt and never did get around to working out. Oops.....
Wednesday 11/19 - Well I walked a mile.
Thursday 11/20 - I walked one mile as a warmup, then ran 4 miles using the Galloway method. Then just for fun I ran at 6.5 mph for 1.5 miles! Also did leg workout.
